REMINDER: Submit your VETS-4212 report NLT 9/30!
This is a friendly reminder that your VETS-4212 report is due no later than September 30.
What is the VETS-4212 report?
At least annually, and for each location, all VA FSS contractors are required to report:
The total number of employees in your company's workforce, by job category and hiring location, who are protected veterans.
The total number of new employees hired during the reporting period and, of that total, the number of protected veterans.
The maximum and minimum number of employees at each location during the reporting period.
The reporting period is based on the most recent 12-month period preceding the ending date selected for the report. Typically, this is the end of any pay period between July 1 and August 31.
