2022 EEO-1 Data Collection Opens October 31, 2023!

EEO just announced that its 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 Data collection opens this coming Tuesday, October 31, 2023. The deadline to file your company’s EEO-1 Component 1 report is Tuesday, December 5, 2023.

EEO-1 reports are mandatory for federal contractors with 50 or more employees and collects data on workforce demographics including data by job category, sex, and race/ethnicity.
